Affiliate Disclosure

Creative Hoop Play is a participant in affiliate marketing programmes with online casinos and gaming operators. When you click on links to online pokies providers from our website and make a deposit or play at those sites, we may earn affiliate commissions at no additional cost to you.

How Commissions Work

We earn revenue through affiliate partnerships with featured casinos. These commissions help us maintain and improve our website. However, we never accept payment to rank casinos higher or lower in our reviews. Our editorial rankings are based solely on our assessment of quality, safety, user experience, and value to New Zealand players.

Identifying Affiliate Links

Links to online casinos on creativehoopplay.com are affiliate links. These may be identified by button links, text links, or promotional banners throughout our site. Some sponsored content may be clearly labelled as "Sponsored" or "Featured Partner."

Compliance Statement

This disclosure complies with the Consumer Protection Act 1987 and advertising standards set by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) in Aotearoa New Zealand. We are committed to transparent and honest disclosure of commercial relationships that may influence content.

Reader Responsibility

We encourage you to conduct your own research and only gamble responsibly. You are responsible for verifying the legitimacy and licensing of any online casino before playing. Always check a provider's licence status with the Department of Internal Affairs before depositing money.
